I’m a change management practitioner with a background that spans technology enablement, workplace strategy, logistics, and boutique client services. My career began in technical operations and evolved into a focus on how people adopt new tools, environments, and processes—especially during moments of transition.
At BMO, I played a key role in the design and implementation of workplace transformations across Chicago, Toronto, Milwaukee, Brookfield, Naperville, and Scarborough. I’ve supported large-scale migrations from legacy systems to cloud-first platforms, trained thousands of employees on modern collaboration, and helped integrate organizations during major acquisitions.
Outside of formal corporate work, I’m passionate about cars, motorcycles, antiques, and the kinds of projects where strategy, craftsmanship, and logistics meet real-world impact. I enjoy helping people—whether that means guiding an organization through change or assisting an individual with something important to them.

Workplace Transformation — Partnered with Workplace Experience and Technology teams across multiple cities to design, execute, and support modern office environments. Delivered structured change plans, stakeholder engagement, and on-the-ground coordination.
Cloud & Collaboration Enablement — Supported enterprise migrations from paper-heavy, legacy systems to cloud-first tools including OneDrive, SharePoint, Cisco VOIP, Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams. Personally trained thousands of employees across the U.S. and Canada.
M&A Integration Support — Contributed to the technology integration for both M&I and Bank of the West, assisting with branch technology pilots, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, and rollout planning for hundreds of branches.
Program Design (Walk a Mile) — Created BMO’s Walk a Mile program from the ground up, including processes, documentation, forms, communications, and technology workflow—giving senior leaders a clear window into branch experiences.
